Kuo Mu Sheng Foundation

　　Since its establishment, the LeaLea Group has always adhered to the philosophy of “Diligence, honesty, enthusiasm and innovation”. It has not only contributed to industry and society, but in 1996, the Group also established the Kuo Mu Sheng Foundation. It was recognized with a bronze award in the 1st Arts and Business Awards and a gold award in the 2nd Arts and Business Awards organized by the Council for Cultural Affairs The Foundation was created because Kuo Mu Sheng, the Director, felt that resources were inadequately distributed among urban and rural areas. Therefore he set up the Foundation, beginning with his hometown in Erlin Township, Changhua County. In addition to building factories to provide employment, he also offered scholarships to help students from poor families. In his long-term goal, he hopes to benefit all outstanding students in Taiwan who are poor, and promote culture and education.
        Following the establishment of the Kuo Mu Sheng Foundation, the LeaLea Group continues to promote cultural education and art activities in society. Under the efforts of Executive Director Kuo Shu-Chen, the Kuo Mu Sheng Foundation Center of Art was established. Dedicated to culture and art promotion, the Center mainly focuses on exhibitions, symposiums, music performances and art education promotion classes to cultivate humanities and improve the quality of life.
